PROGRESO MEXICO REAL ESTATE LISTING AGREEMENT FORM:
Progreso Mexico Real Estate, Inc. EXCLUSIVE LISTING AGREEMENT: Owner hereby appoints PROGRESO MEXICO REAL ESTATE, INC. Hereinafter "BROKER", as an Agent to manage the sale of the property listed as follows: - Broker is authorized to distribute information describing the property to Broker's clients and to cooperating Brokers who have qualified clients to negotiate a sale.
- Appointments to show the property will be arranged through Broker and all offers made through cooperating Brokers will be presented to the Owner(s) by Broker.
- Upon completion of sale of property under the terms of this agreement, Owner (s) agree to pay Broker a fee of six percent (6%) of the gross sales price agreed upon by the Owner. Any cooperating Broker involved in the sale shall receive their commission directly from the Broker.
- The Owner(s) agrees to sell the property to a customer of Broker or cooperating broker, who is ready, willing, and able to purchase at the price listed on the Listing Form by Owner in United States Dollars or at any other price and terms acceptable to Owner(s).
- The Owner(s) agrees to pay Broker the same commission that he would be liable for should he at any time within one year after termination of this agreement sell, lease, trade, or exchange property to anyone whom the Broker or cooperating broker presented the property to during the continuance of this agreement.
- It is specifically understood and agreed that Broker does not assume and is not delegated care, custody, or control of the property. Permission is hereby given to Broker and cooperating brokers to enter and show property to their registered client.
- This Listing Agreement shall remain in effect for one year or until proerty is sold, or this agreement is cancelled by either party giving the other party sixty (60) days prior written notice of cancellation.
